This Privacy Policy describes how AI Remote Vibe Mobile ("we", "our", "the app") collects, uses, and protects your information.

Information We Collect

Google account email and profile name — collected when you sign in via Google Sign-In (Firebase Authentication).
Apple account email and name — collected when you sign in via Sign in with Apple (Firebase Authentication). Apple may provide a relay (anonymized) email address if you choose to hide your real email.
Firebase Authentication user ID (uid) — anonymous identifier used to associate your subscription state with your account.
In-App Purchase receipt tokens — when you subscribe to Pro, the receipt token issued by Apple App Store / Google Play is transmitted to our backend (juny-api.kr) for server-side verification.
SSH host configuration entered by you — stored locally on your device only via secure storage. Not transmitted to our servers.

How We Use Your Information

User identification and Pro subscription entitlement.
Payment receipt verification and renewal/refund webhook handling.
Service operation (relay token issuance, host configuration sync within your account).

Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third parties strictly for service operation:

Firebase Authentication (Google) — user account management.
Apple App Store Server API — Pro subscription receipt verification.
Google Play Developer API — Pro subscription receipt verification (Android).
Google Pub/Sub — receipt of subscription renewal/refund notifications.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third party for advertising or marketing purposes.

In-App Purchases and Paid Services

This app offers Pro subscriptions (monthly / yearly) via Apple App Store and Google Play. Subscription terms and pricing are displayed within the app and managed by the respective platform. Payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple / Google — we do not receive or store your payment card information.

Data Retention

Firebase Authentication account information — retained until account deletion is requested, at which point it is deleted promptly.
Subscription receipt tokens and audit records — retained for up to 7 years for refund handling, accounting, and legal compliance, then anonymized or deleted.
Locally stored SSH credentials — stored only on your device; we have no access. Removed when you uninstall the app or clear app data.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account directly within the app via Settings → Delete Account.

Upon deletion, the following actions are performed immediately:

Firebase Authentication account — permanently deleted from Firebase.
Sign in with Apple token — revoked via Apple's token revocation API, unlinking the app from your Apple ID.
Subscription entitlement records — deleted from our backend server (juny-api.kr).
Locally stored SSH credentials — removed from your device's secure storage.

Note: Subscription receipt tokens and audit records may be retained for up to 7 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes, after which they are anonymized or deleted. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the App Store or Google Play settings.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If such data is identified, it will be deleted promptly.

User Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data. You may delete your account directly within the app (see Account Deletion above) or contact us via email for further assistance.

Policy Updates
